About the Role

What You'll Do
- →You will provide support to the Barstow dispatch office as well as coordinate transportation activity with other regional activities.
- →You will dispatch a variety of vehicles to meet specific work requirements, issue trip tickets, maintain inputs into the fleet management information system, and perform transportation clerical support.
- →You will communicate and coordinate with the maintenance section to schedule vehicles for preventative maintenance services.
- →You will monitor phones, email traffic, and the automated fleet management information system to ensure effective communication with customers, motor vehicle operators, other region dispatchers, and other personnel.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: 4 years above high school A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
