What You'll Do
- →As a ATTORNEY-ADVISER (GENERAL) at the GS-0905-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as Associate General Counsel with a focus on Labor and Employment law counseling, FOIA, and other administrative law practice areas for Agency comprised of civilian, military, and contract personnel.
- →Serves as an Ethics Counselor and advise on a broad array of standard of conduct issues, including conflicts of interests, acceptance of gifts, and use of funds for official courtesies.
- →Represents the interests of DSCA before courts and administrative tribunals, including the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
- →Provides legal support, advice, and counsel to DSCA staff under the guidance of the DSCA General Counsel and senior DSCA attorneys.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
