About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at The Naval Medical Center in Camp Lejeune. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Devise initial rehab care plan to include adapting equipment to carry out treatment.
- →Educate patients about their injury and how to continue progression once they have completed rehabilitation.
- →Plan and administer therapy for patients with severe or acute disabilities.
- →Interpret results of tests to determine treatment plan, modify the treatment plan and evaluate results.
- →Create customized rehabilitation programs for both chronic and acute injuries.
- →Accomplish functional restoration of local and general deficits due to injury through personalized therapeutic plans.
