About the Role
This position is located at Youth Sports and Fitness, Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Works in a Child and Youth Services (CYS) Sports and Fitness program, assists in the management and delivery of CYS Sports and Fitness initiatives (team sports, individual sports, fitness and health, outreach, motor skills activities etc.).
- →Applies professional knowledge to assist in the planning, implementation, and supervision, of a comprehensive program that promotes positive growth and development of children and youth.
- →Assists in the development of a broad program of recruitment, training and certification, and management of volunteer coaches and officials for various sports.
- →Supervises and evaluates assigned staff based on established performance standards.
- →Provides appropriate professional recognition and/or disciplinary action.
- →Works cooperatively with other managers to ensure seamless service and continuity of quality options for children and youth.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
