The Division of Enforcement, New York regional Office (NYRO) is seeking a Supervisory Market Surveillance Specialist (Assistant Director-Investigations). As an Assistant Director - Investigations, you will be responsible for leading the Investigations Group comprised in NYRO and overseeing its staff comprised of Investigators, Accountants and Securities Compliance Examiners.
What You'll Do
- →In this role as a Assistant Director - Investigations, you will be responsible for: Receiving, assigning, tracking, and responding to requests for assistance from case teams across ENF.
- →Determining the scope of work and resource allocation for the Investigations Group.
- →Consulting on cases, including by advising teams on TCRs and SARs.
- →Reviewing the work product of the Investigations Group staff.
- →Serving as a reviewer and adviser on TCRs and SARs.
- →Briefing Division leadership regarding the work of Investigations Group.
- →Assisting in providing witnesses for civil and criminal litigations.
- →Performing related administrative functions (e.g., time and leave requests).
