About the Position: This position serves as the top architectural expert responsible for leading the design and construction of complex projects. This announcement is for current, permanent Army employees that would like to be considered for a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade. What You'll Do
- →Designs and reviews the most difficult and complex building projects from start to finish.
- →Checks all building plans to ensure they meet high quality standards and safety codes.
- →Provides expert advice to leadership and partners to solve complex building problems and settle disagreements.
- →Helps leadership distribute work evenly among team members so that projects are finished on time.
- →Teaches and mentors less experienced team members to help them grow in their careers.
