About the Position: This position serves as the top architectural expert responsible for leading the design and construction of complex projects. What You'll Do
- →Designs and reviews the most difficult and complex building projects from start to finish.
- →Checks all building plans to ensure they meet high quality standards and safety codes.
- →Provides expert advice to leadership and partners to solve complex building problems and settle disagreements.
- →Helps leadership distribute work evenly among team members so that projects are finished on time.
- →Teaches and mentors less experienced team members to help them grow in their careers.
