You will serve as a AIRCRAFT MECHANIC LEADER in the MRO Production Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will inspect, analyze, assess and determine the condition of aircraft flight control, hydraulic, pneudraulic, environmental and mechanical system components.
- →You will identify and document all non-conforming discrepancies and making informed technical decisions, from current engineering specifications and technical instructions You will perform overhaul, repair, align, test, and diagnose aircraft systems and components while leading a crew within a Cell Based Work Environment (CBWE) in an aircraft production line.
- →You will provide work direction to employees and monitor their progress.
- →You will distribute portions of the work in such a manner to keep everyone in the crew productive.
- →You will investigate technical problems affecting production and apply corrective action coordinating and working with support groups as required.
- →You will comply with safety regulations, practices, and procedures.
