About the Role
These are National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service Positions. These are Temporary (Reimbursable) WG-2892-10 AIRCRAFT ELECTRICIAN (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D0475000 and is part of the MO TASMG Shop. SEE NOTES UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT BELOW.
What You'll Do
- →Functionally tests, troubleshoots, inspects, adjusts, aligns, calibrates, repairs and overhauls the entire range of aircraft electrical systems to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
- →Performs general, major and limited depot maintenance on Army fixed and/or rotor wing aircraft.
- →Selects, operates, maintains and repairs specialized electrical measuring and shop equipment.
- →Solves unusual maintenance problems by studying layout drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
- →Performs such travel as may be required in the accomplishment of assigned duties and the organizational mission.
- →May assist authorized firefighting in the performance of fire/crash rescue duties.
- →Performs other duties as assisgned.
