The primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on a substantially full time and continuing bases. Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor and ensure that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards
What You'll Do
- →Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers.
- →On a regular and recurring basis, utilizes trades and/or labor knowledge and skill to lead a team of three or more workers in performance of various related work.
- →Performs work.
- →Performs nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led.
- →Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment
