What You'll Do
- →Manages the executive's complex schedule, coordinates commitments with other offices, and ensures the manager is prepared for meetings with necessary briefings and supporting documents in advance.
- →Serves as the primary information manager, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and referring inquiries based on extensive knowledge of office programs, while conveying the manager's directives.
- →Prepares, consolidates, and integrates executive correspondence, recurring reports, and presentations using office automation software, while maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- →Independently coordinates complex travel arrangements, assists in planning special events and conferences, and manages the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and budgetary tracking.
- →Operates with high independence to resolve administrative issues and liaise with high-level executives within and outside the agency, representing the manager’s views on administrative matters.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of Education for Experience: Eighteen months of graduate level education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience required when it is directly related to the work of the position being filled.
- ✓Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements when the education is directly related to the position being filled.
