What You'll Do
- →Prepares accounting entries with supporting documents and posts into accounting system.
- →Compiles financial data and prepares a variety of reports.
- →Performs accounting functions related to budgets and projections.
- →Establishes and maintains control of subsidiary accounts which involve all types of transactions.
- →Analyzes, classifies, and reconciles accounts requiring analysis of adjustments and corrective entries to ensure proper documentation and account accuracy.
- →Frequently develop worksheets to prove the accuracy and completeness of entries.
- →Recommends corrective action to senior accountants.
- →Assist accountants with researching and resolving system-related issues affecting day-to-day accounting operations.
- →Assists accountants with implementing direct accounting changes and reporting requirements.
- →Establishes and ensures that administrative procedures are outlined and strictly adhered to.
- →Reconciles records with internal staff , management, or external vendors or customers.
- →Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
- →Investigates questionable data and performs analysis.
- →Uses knowledge of methods, techniques and internal procedures to identify, record, and process the continuous flow of accounting data.
