The primary purpose of this position is to perform clerical duties and carry out the daily operations of the front desk for Child and Youth Programs, specifically the School Age Programs and Youth Programs.
What You'll Do
- →Performs and oversees the administrative and clerical duties of the School Age, Sports and Youth Programs.
- →Monitors and manages the reception desk.
- →Administers records, forms, supplies and daily financial reports.
- →Complies, revises or retypes Operating Instructions (OI's), regulations, registration packets for all Child and Youth Programs, class rosters, Parent Handbooks, HQ AFMC Operation Reports, Multi-disciplinary Inspection Reports, annual budget reports, and all administrative correspondence for Child and Youth Development and related programs.
