What You'll Do
- →As an Workforce Relations Liaison you will: Liaison with pertinent HRO teams to provide updates to the assigned CIO on matters impacting their management team.
- →Assist management with understanding the terms of collective bargaining unit agreements and basic employee rights/privileges after conferring with the appropriate HRO department to ensure collaboration and garnering HRO's approval.
- →Keep CIO leadership and staff abreast of Union issues by working effectively with HRO to bridge misunderstandings and correct out-of-line situations.
- →Review and assist management with direction and recommendations regarding performance plans and provides technical information on performance management systems after conferring with the appropriate HRO department to ensure collaboration and garnering HRO's approval.
