About the Position: The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of workforce management services essential to EUCOM's operations, serving as a principal liaison across the full spectrum of workforce management and support activities for civilian personnel in the assigned directorate(s).
What You'll Do
- →Review internal organizational requirements and assess turnover ratio, mission and technology needs and changes, staffing trends, and competency gaps/deficiencies.
- →Corroborate with the ECJ1 Manpower office on Joint Table of Distribution (JTD) updates, monitors authorizations and assignments, and tracks impending gains and losses.
- →Assist managers and developing and updating position descriptions and work with supervisors on requests for organizational structure changes, ensuring compliance with local directives and regulations.
- →Provide advice and assistance to managers, supervisors, and employees on processes and procedures for performance management (DPMAP), the civilian awards and recognition program, and personnel training.
- →Conduct in-processing for new employees and out-processes departing employees, providing guidance on benefits, entitlements, and installation clearance procedures.
- →Ensure mandatory training for civilian employees is scheduled, tracked, and properly documented.
