About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
What You'll Do
- →Screen, review and verify maintenance documents and enters them into appropriate database.
- →Respond to calls regarding status of repairs, notify hand receipt holders of completed work, and arrange for pick up or delivery of equipment.
- →Track completion of maintenance/service and enter data into history record of equipment.
- →Utilize a variety of computer software to transcribe and transmit correspondence.
- →Receive phone calls and walk-in customers.
