What You'll Do
- →You will serve as coordinator and facilitator of various programs and services.
- →You will provide individual and group education, training, information, and referrals.
- →You will apply analytical methods and techniques to evaluate the customer base and identify needs, trends, and performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- →You will provide education and training to a variety of audiences.
- →You will conduct interviews with clients to assess the customer’s needs and concerns (e.g., relocation, mobilization and deployment readiness, career and employment readiness, financial readiness, personal and family life readiness, etc.).
- →You will use computer hardware and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, databases, copiers, laptops, printers, etc.).
- →You will develop and distribute marketing materials.
- →You will compose clear and concise reports and documents.
- →You will establish and maintain professional relationships with management, staff, clients, and personnel.
- →You will monitor and track program usage and trends, capture data in approved database repositories, and ensure quality customer service and client satisfaction.
- →You will deliver services through various mediums (e.g., virtually, webinar, video, email, phone, ship aboard, groups, one-on-one, classes, consultations, social media, etc.).
- →You will perform other duties at the discretion and direction of leadership.
Requirements
- ✓master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related or A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
