You will serve as a WOODCRAFTER SUPERVISOR I in the Preservation Shop (Code 970), Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinates.
- →You will deliver cost, schedule, and quality performance to customers.
- →You will support the economic operation of the Shipyard.
- →You will set the example of professional performance.
- →You will provide performance evaluation and feedback to work leaders and journeymen.
- →You will plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials and tools provided through the (AIM) process for assigned units of work.
