About the Role
You will serve as a WELDER TRAINING LEADER in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (code 900T) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare lesson plans, training materials, including visual aids for the development of learning through classroom and/or on-the-job situations.
- →You will teach basic trade theory, including but not limited to, the principles, concepts, terminology, processes and practices of the trade and information regarding safety, tools, weld documentation, equipment and materials.
- →You will schedule and coordinate practical training as closely as possible with the progression of learning the elements of the trade theory.
- →You will counsel employees on the day-to-day problems involving trade theory, trade practices and other related information.
- →You will maintain records and prepares reports, as required, of progress and performance of each trainee.
