About the Position: This position is located at 375th Medical Group at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Plan, organize, and oversee all unit level deployment activities.
- →Review all deployment related documents for applicable equipment and personnel taskings.
- →Plan and schedule personnel deployment/redeployment processing to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of deployment personnel.
- →Ensure continuing support for communication requirement are accomplished throughout the deployment duration.
- →Establish metric and system analysis systems for unit and higher level management to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
- →Analyze the combat capability of unit through intensive evaluation of training, equipment status, manning, and unit supervision.
- →Review data to determine deficiencies, if any, and directs or performs appropriate corrective actions.
