What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: An Air Reserve Technician (ART) providing direct support to the Senior ART by accomplishing a variety of duties relating to program management activities for all aspects of medical readiness administration.
- →Functions as the Unit Deployment Manager; ensures assigned personnel are qualified to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements and deployment readiness standards.
- →Additionally, provides training to reserve personnel in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.
- →Duties: Develops, plans and conducts training and evaluations needed to assess squadron readiness, mobility, and deployment requirements.
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level deployment activities.
- →Performs analysis activities.
- →Performs STR administrative duties for the organization Provides technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit deployment program.
- →Ensures personnel and equipment readiness.
