You will serve as a TRAVEL AND PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST within the Command Services Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will collect and verify data to assist with data analysis and reporting requirements.
- →You will manage administrative guidelines for processing travel requests, settling travel vouchers, and archiving travel documents.
- →You will train personnel (e.g., travelers, users, authorizing officials, certifying officials, reviewing officials) on travel regulations, policies, and procedures.
- →You will design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
- →You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative practices.
