What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) manages the day to day Aerial Port Squadron activities and serve as senior representative in lieu of unit commander. 1.
- →As the senior ART, plans, organizes, and manages the day-to-do activities of the Aerial Port squadron. 2.
- →Manages the day-to-day unit deployment and mobility programs for assigned UTCs and assists with planning for current and future taskings. 3.
- →Serves as single point of contact for day-to-day unit budget/financial issues and a unit resource advisor, develops, prepares, and executes annual squadron reserve personnel appropriations (RPA), operations and maintenance (O&M) budgets estimates and spending plans in accordance with prescribed procedures and regulations. 4.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities and advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. 5.
- →Represents the unit at a variety of installation and functional capacities and also oversees various Aerial Port Squadron related support programs.
