The primary purpose of this position is: to function as a transportation specialist providing strategic and operational analysis and decision making in support of planning, development and execution of transportation/logistics policies and programs supporting air transportation passenger, cargo, and mail.
What You'll Do
- →Performs research, conducts studies and analysis dealing with transportation transaction generation, movement, aircraft utilization and pipeline performance, while exercising a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of AMC airlift operations.
- →Analyses, evaluates, interprets, and aligns airlift channel cargo and passenger data for TWCF airlift billing system.
- →Provides expertise, assistance, and creates guidance on airlift transportation related information.
- →Analyses Disputes, Challenges, Suspense Billing Research.
- →Manages Customer Service interactions with TWCF airlift billing system.
