You will serve as a TRANSPORTAION ASSISTANT in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SE (FRCSE) of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
What You'll Do
- →You will assist with planning, developing coordinating and executing both long and short range travel programs for a large widely dispersed organization.
- →You will receive and process travel documents and the ability to research and review information within various travel and financial systems.
- →You will deal effectively with conflicts or issues related to official travel entitlements, travel overpayments and debt resolution.
- →You will provide guidance to travelers on preparation of official travel documents to include official travel reservations, estimated travel expenses and costs, trip authorizations, scheduling advances or partial payments.
- →You will review certification of disbursements for expenses incurred in connection with official travel, scheduled partial payments, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) advances
