The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties for the management of AFRC civilian and military formal school training programs, serve as school registrar for AFRC-owned courses, and perform work for management of employee development programs for the command.
What You'll Do
- →Accomplishes various tasks related to management of school tour programs for all assigned personnel (civilian and military) to include planning and developing procedures to ensure the command's programs meet mission requirements.
- →Manages formal school quotas for all courses within assigned area of responsibility in the Air Force automated training system.
- →Reviews and analyzes a variety of statistical data, reports and training information to determine if quota usage is in keeping with projected requirements.
- →Represents the branch at a variety of meetings, conferences, and workshops.
