About the Position: The position manages the Japan Engineer District's civilian training program and supports organizational development initiatives. It advises leaders and employees, coordinates leadership development and training services, and helps the organization improve performance, manage change, and build a strong learning culture.
What You'll Do
- →Manages the district’s civilian training program and ensures training meets organizational needs.
- →Advises managers and employees on training, career development, and professional growth opportunities.
- →Helps leaders plan and carry out efforts to improve how the organization works and supports employees.
- →Leads meetings and workshops that help identify workplace issues, improve performance, and manage change.
- →Coordinates leadership development programs, instructors, contracts, and training events.
