About the Position: Serves as a Traffic Management Specialist in the SDDC Command Operations and Integration Center (COIC).
What You'll Do
- →Monitor critical operations worldwide, delivering reliable and comprehensive data to support the deployment and redeployment of combat assets.
- →Monitor and track movements using multiple computer-based systems.
- →(i.e., Single Mobility System (SMS), Marine Traffic, and In-transit Visibility (ITV).
- →Assist the Battle Captain in support of the Chief, SDDC Command Operation and Integration Center (COIC).
- →Ensure all data received effecting daily operations is provided to the Battle Captain.
- →Communicate in real time with United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), major Army commands and combatant commands as well as transportation brigades, battalions, and detachments.
- →Recommend courses of action to the Battle Captain or subordinate brigades, and other appropriate staff elements during emergencies, contingencies, and operations.
