You will serve as a TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) Capodichino, Italy. What You'll Do
- →You will supervise and direct a staff by delegating work, assessment of individual capabilities and needs, performance standards and appraisal, and provision for career development oppoertunities.
- →You will act as Naval Facilities's theater Human Capital Officer for both the mission funded and Navy Working Capital Fund civilian, host nation and military workforce.
- →You will serve as the Business Director's principal advisor and policy maker on all matters related to designing and executing a human capital strategy in accordance with merit principles and Office of Personnel Management's Human Capital Standards.
- →You will serve as a Naval Facilities' subject matter expert on personnel forecasting.
- →You will develop and administer Naval Facilities Position Management Program for staff as well as activities within the theater of operations.
- →You will provide direction for the administration of the workforce Development program for serviced activities and provide oversight of the program that includes personnel that are direct and indirect hires.
