About the Position: The U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) is a jointly-staffed command staffed by representatives of all branches of the Armed Forces. As a Testing Clerk, you will conduct aptitude and qualification examinations at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) and Military Entrance Test (MET) sites for the applicants of the various Armed Services, based on standards set by each of the services.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct aptitude and qualification examinations for applicants of various Armed Services at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) and aptitude examinations for students at high schools.
- →Administer, proctor, and score applicant exams ensuring quality and integrity of examination practices and procedures.
- →Brief applicants on military examination procedures and eligibility requirements.
- →Maintain strict accountability and security of all testing materials and equipment.
- →Brief applicants, distribute and proctor examinations, and score exams.
- →Answer phone and e-mail queries from recruiters, liaisons, applicants, and other management personnel.
- →Operate a variety of office automation equipment.
