This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Telecommunication Specialist (Program Manager) for the Joint Activities located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. What You'll Do
- →Serves as Telecommunication and Information Technology Projects Program Manager for the Joint Communications Unit.
- →Delivers technical expertise and modernized telecommunications to maintain state-of-the-art information management programs for all supported organizations.
- →Leads and oversees project related functions which prepare, guide, monitor, control, and report the activity effort in meeting implementation objectives throughout the life cycle of projects.
- →Manages project databases to track planning, budgeting, and life-cycle configurations of authorized programs Directs project databases and policies to manage budgets, resources, and status reports for Headquarters and participating organizations Serves as representative at all Requirement Review Boards, Change Management Boards, and Vulnerability Management Boards.
- →Maintains liaison with multiple inter-agencies and vendors.
