What You'll Do
- →Manages projects that include elements of the Enterprise Infrastructure, Information Assurance, Information Technology Solutions and Technology Management areas.
- →Conducts In Process Reviews (IPRs) with customers and J6 management, as needed, during the course of a project.
- →Implements corrective action based on data collected from IPRs.
- →Provides advice on appropriate courses of action to achieve the best possible technical solutions in support of the DLA Technical Infrastructure.
- →Answering questions/helping VIPs; coordinating CONUS and OCONUS wireless IT support; hardware and software support; and Tier 1-3 IT support issue to ensure the support necessary for smooth operation of their assigned devices and peripherals.
- →Coordinates with various other technical support areas such as Emerging Technology, Capacity Management, System Software Support, Information Assurance, Network Operations, Operational Technology, etc.
