You will serve as a Technical Project Manager (Administrative/Technical) for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for project leadership, oversight and direction for the work carried out by the line organizations at the Department, Division, or Branch.
- →You will interface with Customer Agents for one or more programs to establish project requirements, deliverables, cost, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
- →You will determine the most effective execution framework and strategy and to establish project plans for technical execution of tasking.
- →You will create and establish general principles and policies for the agency, including discretion to plan, budget, schedule, direct work, and implement programs.
- →You will be responsible for overall cost, schedule and performance monitoring and reporting for their designated technical output area and regularly report status and project performance health metrics to senior management.
- →You will negotiate and accept work assignments for assigned programs, accepts and manages varied funding documents and types of funding, negotiates new tasking with internal and external customers.
