What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.
- →Serves as the Performance Coordinator that includes controlling, reviewing, monitoring, and validating all performance evaluation reporting systems and associated reports including Work Planning and Control (WP&C), Release/Recall listings, and individual performance reports.
- →Provides monthly input and timely extraction and analysis of release/recall information to ensure validity prior to use.
- →Serves as the Operation's expert and point of contact on performance issues, resolving problems and conducting training for measured and unmeasured employees.
- →Inputs, monitors, and validates WP&C data.
- →Identifies discrepancies and trends for the manager to analyze and determine a course of action.
- →Performs extensive workflow and operational reviews and prepares comprehensive program analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations and workflow in meeting established goals and objectives.
- →Conducts briefings to communicate findings, advice, and course of action, implementation plans, directives, and guidelines.
- →Participates in various types of special projects and studies that require research and analysis of gathered data, and recommends solutions in response to special problems or projects related to Submission Processing, Accounts Management, and Compliance.

Requirements
- ✓Probationary Period - A person who is required to go through a probationary period and then is transferred, promoted, demoted, or reassigned before he or she completes such period is required to complete the remainder of the probationary period in the new position.
