You will serve as a SUPV HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the BUSINESS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC.
What You'll Do
- →You will direct staff in preparing, tracking and coordination of hiring requests from initiation to final processing.
- →You will develop suspense tracking systems and establish coordination of Requests for Personnel Action (RPA).
- →You will review historical recruitment practices and local labor market conditions to develop and provide sound staffing strategies.
- →You will recommend various personnel actions including promotions and reassignments.
- →You will provide guidance on the establishment of new/revised position descriptions and re-descriptions of aged position descriptions, effects reorganizations/realignments, generates classification advisories, etc.
