This position is located at the Global Veterinary Medical Practice at Aberdeen Proving Ground South (Edgewood, MD).
What You'll Do
- →Plans and carries out assignments related to various program management support functions of the organization such as matters of budget, office automation, logistics, supply, and government purchases.
- →Assists with supply and logistics, general and office administrative functions, correspondence, briefings, special projects and studies, and internal control actions.
- →Creates and manages various databases for information gathering and reporting for evaluation purposes.
- →Serves as the Information Technology (IT) point of contact and provides guidance and support to Army Veterinary Services personnel.
- →Performs work and oversight duties in areas pertaining to the Government Purchase Card Program, event planning, correspondence review and control, as well as other office administrative functions necessary to carry out the mission.
