What You'll Do
- →Identifies functional process issues and develops proposals for new or revised process structures to improve performance effectiveness.
- →Designs and/or leads comprehensive surveys and studies involving long-range plans and enterprise programs.
- →Studies current and proposed policies and assesses impact on processes, procedures, systems, and data.
- →Consolidates findings from analyses into written reports and provides consolidated recommendations addressing complex and interrelated issues.
- →Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates implementation of accepted proposals for improving KPIs, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure the functional process area is meeting its performance targets.
- →Develops new or innovative approaches to evaluate the process and explore logistics solutions.
- →Analyzes, develops, and evaluates complex functional system requirements for the Order Fulfillment functional area.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
