About the Position: Serves as the Supply Management Officer for DPW at USAG Humphreys, overseeing daily supply and storage operations and supervising staff to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant support for DPW needs. What You'll Do
- →Provide integration, synchronization, and coordination of all DPW supply program requirements and actions.
- →Direct staff GPC holders and perform duties as Billing Official/Alternate Billing Official.
- →Direct activities of employees in requisition, storage, distribution, and accounting for supplies.
- →Plan, direct, and coordinate Supply, Storage Branch functions, including SOP development and policy guidance.
- →Assist with requirements for supplies, equipment, property accountability, disposal, and life-cycle management Administer supply program through inventory, requisition, purchase, storage, distribution, disposal, cataloging, and accounting.
- →Complete 100% Stock Account inventory and support external inspections; conduct internal reviews for compliance Review work assignments, ensure proper execution of daily supply activities, and monitor supply operations for accuracy and safety.
- →Determine proper sources, types, and volumes of DPW supplies; ensure correct supply support Prepare or oversee requisitions, establish stockage levels, and initiate replenishment actions.
- →Ensure proper use of SAMS, GFEBS, PBUSE, and maintain supply personnel training and skills.
- →Provide consolidated management data for Area III annual contracts and support planning for relocation of assets.
