About the Position: Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise traffic management and cargo operations for the import and export of all military cargo transiting the command.
What You'll Do
- →Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise traffic management and cargo operations for the import and export of all military cargo transiting the command.
- →Develop and maintain quality assurance plan encompassing weekly performance reports, metrics and other management programs to ensure the timely and satisfactory performance of quantity and quality of work.
- →Exercise the full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities and responsibilities in directing work of subordinate staff.
- →Plan, assign and evaluate work and sets and adjusts priorities.
- →Determine cargo processing requirements.
- →Conduct training, special studies, inspections, investigations, and analyses as directed by the Command.
