What You'll Do
- →You will plan, assign and distribute work, delegating appropriate tasks to employees and ensuring they meet assigned duties as prescribed in their position descriptions.
- →You will manage minor disciplinary actions to effectively resolve issues and recommend other actions for more serious matters.
- →You will prepare performance evaluations for review and approval by the TRP Manager.
- →You will assist in the development and implementation of plans for current and projected programs to achieve goals and objectives.
- →You will report any identified concerns to the TRP Manager and propose changes for approval.
- →You will recommend corrective actions and support follow-up inspections.
- →You will help clients relate their values, interests, abilities, and skills to opportunities for employment, education, vocational/technical training, credentialing, life skills and DoD SkillBridge opportunities.
- →You will actively engage the clients to support their retention of knowledge by conducting interactive demonstrations throughout lectures and facilitating guiding activities, hands-on exercises, and group discussions.
