The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 11 Force Support Squadron. To serve as the early childhood education specialist for all childcare programs.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 11 Force Support Squadron, ensuring geographically separated Child Development and Youth Programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities across geographically separated Training and Curriculum Specialists within Child and Youth Programs.
- →Represents 11 FSS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with installations Family Advocacy, Medical Advisors, Fire, Safety and Health at 3 different locations.
- →Develop local special needs supports based on flight wide needs.
