You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN (Operations Supervisor) in the Energetics Manufacturing Department (M), Cast Products and Explosives Division (M2), Explosives Production Branch (M22) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322).
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for management, supervision, and oversight of manufacturing/plant operations.
- →You will be required to manage and supervise engineering technicians and operations personnel.
- →You will be responsible for official timekeeping and approval for assigned government and contractor personnel, workload and leave planning, operational schedule commitments, performance management, and ensure employee opportunity and accountability.
