About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. What You'll Do
- →Supervise assigned professional and paraprofessional employees.
- →Provide individual and group therapy utilizing a variety of treatment modalities.
- →Coordinate with a variety of agencies to assist with the multidisciplinary treatment of patients.
- →Establish performance standards for employee.
- →Prepare performance appraisals for subordinate employees.
