Serves as the Branch Chief, Field Management Staff, Resource Management Branch (RMB), Office of Field Operations (FO). The incumbent will plan, direct, assign, coordinate, and review the functions and activities of the branch which includes program analysts and other professional support personnel. This position is responsible for programs, functions, or operations encompassing the RMB and FO's overall mission of the organization.
What You'll Do
- →The major duties of the Supervisory Resource Management Analyst, position include, but are not limited to, the following: Plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees studies and surveys to evaluate branch/division programs and ensures efficiency and economy of operations.
- →Advises the deputy or division chief on significant issues/matters pertaining to branch/division programs projects, e.g., the impact of new technology, and new initiatives, etc.
- →Oversees a wide variety of analytical duties connected with the formulation, justification, presentation, evaluation, execution, monitoring, and review of assigned budget areas.
- →Participates fully in the formulation of policies, plans, systems, and procedures to manage and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bureau's overall financial management

- ✓Citizen or National Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31st 1959.
