About the Role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Aquatics Center on Ellsworth AFB. Must have a current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification in lifesaving and water rescue methods and skills. Certification must be submitted with application to be considered for the position. ???????This position offers medical & dental insurance, retirement, 401k, sick leave and annual leave benefits.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and administers year-round aquatics programs.
- →Plans, promotes, and schedules special events and daily activities to address the needs of the base.
- →Observes, enforces, and ensures all safety regulations are being met.
- →Manages customer services and maintains swimming facilities.
- →Responsible for all activity supplies, equipment, facilities, and ensures proper maintenance of such.
- →Performs lifeguarding duties, swim lesson instruction and other related duties as needed.

Requirements
