About the Role
About the Position: Incumbent serves as an Intelligence Community (IC) Realty Officer performing major duties in coordination with global operational contracting resources within a highly secure environment. This position is recognized as a technical expert providing real property support to the IC whose primary mission is to collect and convey essential information for the President and members of the policy making, law enforcement, and military communities.
What You'll Do
- →Exercise technical and administrative supervision over civilian professional, technical, and administrative positions.
- →Oversee the USACE real estate leasing program for highly secure and classified facilities.
- →Act as a Real Estate Contracting Officer for the approval and execution of realty actions.
- →Resolve issues impacting the timely execution of real property support for customers.
- →Provide technical oversight, advice, and direction on real estate matters to government and secure community clients.
