About the Position: The incumbent of this position serves as Supervisory Public Safety Dispatcher for the US Army Installation Management Command, in the Directorate of Emergency Services Fire Protection and Prevention Division in Fort Carson Colorado.
What You'll Do
- →Provides police, fire and emergency medical dispatching services to the public by answering emergency 911 calls and dispatching appropriate personnel and equipment.
- →Provides emergency medical dispatching (EMD) assistance to callers with medical emergencies using the Priority Dispatch EMD system.
- →Performs supervisory duties in the installation's emergency dispatch center.
- →Maintains reports and retrieves needed statistical information using the National Fire Incident Reporting System(s) (NFIRS).
