About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT in the Project Management Team (Code 303), Repair Department, TRIDENT Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Georgia (TRIREFFAC-KB) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide overall direction and oversight for projects under your purview to the civilian and military workforce both directly and via first, second, and third level supervisors.
- →You will assign work to subordinates based upon priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty, and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of the employees.
- →You will possess a comprehensive knowledge of the functional arrangements and organization of TRIREFFAC-KB to plan and manage the programs and projects for the execution of naval submarine maintenance and repair.
- →You will define and generate department and command procedures, policies, and instructions necessary to plan and prepare for extended maintenance projects and related or similar work.
