The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Supervisory Program Specialist. The Supervisory Program Specialist will serve as the Domiciliary Operations Manager and will function in Social Work Service.
What You'll Do
- →Provides front level supervision, program support and administrative leadership in support of the MHRRTP and the facility goals.
- →Identifies the developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
- →Manages all aspects of the physical facility, to include safety, security, minor construction, and repairs in the domiciliary.
- →Oversees the daily operation of the unit, ensuring that agency policies and priorities are being followed.
- →Analyzes and prepares program status reports and conducts MHRRTP audits/inspections, providing all findings directly to the MHRRTP Chief.
- →Develops innovative approaches to address significant administrative challenges and oversees the planning of critical administrative management components within professional or scientific programs.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
