Supervisory Program Specialist (SPS), GS-0301-09: the incumbent of this position provides administrative oversight over the Toledo and Findlay CBOC sections of operations and works under the direct supervision of CBOC Supervisory Program Specialist of Clinical Access Management Service (CAMS).The incumbent functions as the direct Supervisor over one (1) GS-0679-08 Supervisory MSA and three (3) GS-0679-07 Supervisory MSAs for a total of (4) direct reports each.
What You'll Do
- →- The SPS reports organizationally to the Director of Outpatient Scheduling/Administrative Officer and provides staff assistance in any area under their direction.
- →This interaction is essential in order to identify substantive issues, establish relative priorities, and determine those issues requiring tracking.
- →Functioning in myriad roles by contacting and engaging with various administrative program officials of other facility departments.
- →Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, Tour time to be determined by the service.
