What You'll Do
- →You will Exercise administrative and technical supervision over subordinates assigned to the Executive and Support staff and Administrative Division.
- →You will review work products of subordinates and accepts, amends or rejects work.
- →You will establish performance standards and evaluates performance of employees.
- →You will gives advice, counsel and instruction to individual employees on both technical and administrative matters.
- →Interviews candidates for positions in the division.
- →You will carry out Equal Employment Opportunity policies and communicates support of these policies to subordinates.
- →You will manage and oversee all program functions assigned to the Executive Support Staff and Administrative Division.
- →You will serve as a secondary advisor to the Detachment Director, monitors the implementation of policies and guidance, modifies and makes recommendations to adapt guidance to local situations.
- →You will initiate actions in such areas as job and duty restructuring, assessment of training needs and use of details to provide improved employment and advancement opportunities for all personnel.
